We operate year-round, offering youth development programs, high-school-level training, and off-season camps that focus on skill building, conditioning, and character. Many of our members continue wrestling at the collegiate level or return to mentor the next generation — keeping the Bulldog tradition alive.
Our goal is simple — to help every athlete realize their full potential both on and off the mat. Through structured coaching, mentorship, and teamwork, wrestlers learn discipline, mental toughness, and respect for their opponents. The club is open to students from Folsom High School and surrounding districts, giving young athletes a chance to train with some of the area’s best coaches and competitors.
THE BULLDOG COMMUNITY
Wrestling challenges every athlete to grow stronger, faster, and tougher. You’ll build endurance, balance, and confidence while learning to stay calm under pressure — lessons that apply in school, sports, and life.
Every practice teaches accountability, focus, and perseverance. Our wrestlers learn that success comes from consistent effort — the same habits that lead to success in academics and future careers.
At Folsom High Wrestling, you’re not just joining a team — you’re joining a family. Our coaches, alumni, and teammates support each other on and off the mat. From first practice to final match, you’ll always have people in your corner.
Whether you’re brand new to wrestling or chasing a championship, we’ll help you reach your goals. Our program produces confident athletes who perform at league, section, and state levels — many continue wrestling in college.
Wrestling builds resilience, leadership, humility, and respect. These qualities last far beyond high school and prepare athletes for any challenge life throws their way.
Wearing the Bulldog singlet means representing Folsom with integrity, sportsmanship, and pride. Our wrestlers are role models on campus and in the community — giving back through service and mentoring younger athletes.
Yes, we work hard — but we also celebrate every victory together. From road trips and tournaments to team dinners and banquets, wrestling builds memories that last a lifetime.
Folsom High Wrestling has been a cornerstone of our community for years, uniting students, parents, and alumni through a shared love of the sport.
We take pride in representing Folsom with integrity, sportsmanship, and heart. Our wrestlers learn that success isn’t just measured in wins and losses — it’s found in the effort, perseverance, and camaraderie built along the way.
Together, we carry on a proud tradition of excellence and prepare the next generation to lead — both on the mat and in life.
Advanced techniques and competitive strategies for seasoned wrestlers ready to excel in their sport.
Every practice, every match, every rep — we go beyond what’s comfortable to reach what’s possible.
Folsom High Wrestling is built on dedication, resilience, and belief. Our athletes don’t just wrestle to win; they wrestle to grow, to challenge themselves, and to redefine their limits — together.
Our coaching is second to none. We have many decorated coaches on staff and every one of them have a great passion for the sport.
Home of several Division I programs, we not only have the equipment but the knowledge to excel our young athletes.
Folsom High School has a proven track record of talent in many sports. Decades upon Decades of accolades.

The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
