The Folsom High Wrestling Club exists to support and develop wrestlers of all ages and experience levels in the Folsom community.
We operate year-round, offering youth development programs, high-school-level training, and off-season camps that focus on skill building, conditioning, and character. Many of our members continue wrestling at the collegiate level or return to mentor the next generation — keeping the Bulldog tradition alive.
Our goal is simple — to help every athlete realize their full potential both on and off the mat. Through structured coaching, mentorship, and teamwork, wrestlers learn discipline, mental toughness, and respect for their opponents. The club is open to students from Folsom High School and surrounding districts, giving young athletes a chance to train with some of the area’s best coaches and competitors.
